Supply List

All Pre-K Students:

A backpack to hold the following:

• Full change of clothing including shoes for emergencies to be kept in classroom
• Water bottle labeled with first and last name
• Folder for communication (Barthle- 1 or 1 ½ three ring binder with cover sleeve, Coffey- plastic poly folder)
• 2 composition notebooks
• 2 Wallet sized headshot photos (can be the same photo, labeled on back with first and last name)

Extended Day Program Students:

• Nap mat at least 1 inch thick labeled with first and last name (no larger than 45in long)
• Mat cover: Can include a king size pillowcase with no zipper. Will be sent home for laundering on Fridays, to be returned on Mondays.
• Blanket: Will be sent home for laundering on Fridays, to be returned on Mondays.
• 1 Ziplock Big Bag XL to store nap mat labeled with first and last name
